2. Who will receive your data?

In order to manage your attendance at the event, any data which is strictly necessary may be shared with the selected chef for the proper organization of the meal to which you are invited, in accordance with the execution of the contract.

The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to Public Bodies and Administrations, only when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In addition, the Controller collaborates with certain external service providers, such as the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE), who have access to your personal data and process the aforementioned data on behalf of and at the request of the Data Controller as a result of providing services.

The Data Controller follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers to comply with its data protection obligations, and signs the corresponding data processing contract with them.

The Data Controller will not make international transfers to third countries in the context of the data processing outlined in this policy.
