The following Terms and Conditions govern the voluntary donation process carried out through this website, as well as the rights and obligations that may arise from the relationship between the MAMÁS EN ACCIÓN Foundation and the donor.
- Definitions
Donor: A donor is understood to be any individual who, having accessed the website https://desdevalenciaparavalencia.com/, provides the required information in the relevant form to make a voluntary donation, having accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Donation: A voluntary transfer of a sum of money to the MAMÁS EN ACCIÓN Foundation without receiving any compensation in return.
Foundation: The MAMÁS EN ACCIÓN Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in Spain.
- Use of donations
Donations received will be used to finance the Foundation’s programs and activities in accordance with its statutory purposes, specifically to support those affected by the disaster caused by the DANA on October 29, 2024 in the province of Valencia. The Foundation is committed to using the funds transparently and efficiently.
- Donation process
3.1. Payment methods: Donations can be made via credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods available on the platform.
3.2. Donation confirmation: Once the donation has been made, the donor will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details.
3.3. Donation certificate: The Foundation will issue a donation certificate, which will be sent to the donor by email. This certificate is required for tax relief purposes.
- Tax deductions
4.1. Individuals: Donations made by individuals who are tax residents in Spain may qualify for tax deductions under the Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
4.2. Legal entities: Donations made by legal entities may qualify for tax deductions under the Corporate Tax (IS).
4.3. Requirements: To benefit from tax deductions, donors must retain the donation certificate issued by the Foundation.
- Cancellation of donations
Donations are irrevocable, and there is no option to cancel or request a refund for one-off donations.
- Collection and processing of donor information

7. Responsibilities regarding information provided in forms
If any errors occur in the information provided for a donation, the donor must notify the Foundation through the specified communication channels:

The Foundation is not liable for any consequences arising from errors made by the donor in the form.
Donors are solely responsible for their conduct when entering their data and other information in the form and for ensuring the information provided is accurate.
8. Collaboration with the Foundation
Potential collaborations, such as “Add your restaurant” or “Tell us your initiative”, will be governed by their specific terms and conditions.
- Applicable jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
- Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the moment of publication.
